Ingredients

of water - divided

of dry and loose hibiscus leaves
about ⅓ cup.

lemon juice
Instructions
In a pot over medium-high heat, bring 6 cup of water to a boil.
Turn off the heat and stir in honey and the dried hibiscus leaves. Steep for at least 1 hour.
Filter out any of the leaves and add the remaining 2 cups of water and the lemon juice.
Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator until cold and ready to serve.
Serve with or without ice and add a few slices of lemon.
